A) Right lateral thoracic radiograph of a cat with confirmed tracheal rupture. A region of tracheal wall discontinuity was suspected on the dorsal aspect of the thoracic trachea (black arrow). Note also severe subcutaneous emphysema (asterisks) and pneumomediastinum (white arrow).
